Buyer Agency
- Agent represents the best interests of the Buyer.
- Agent owes fiduciary duties to the Buyer.
- Agent gives all material facts to the Buyer so he/she can make an educated decision.
Dual Agency
- Agent represents both Buyer and Seller equally.
- Agent's objective is to reach an agreement that's mutually satisfactory to all parties.
- Agent will give all options to both Buyer and Seller.
- Agent may do nothing to the detriment of either the Buyer or Seller. Confidentiality is owed to all parties.
- All parties may be present at a contract presentation to negotiate on their own behalf.
- Before making any decisions, both/all parties have the right to seek family, religious, financial, and/ or legal counsel.
