I am responsible for developing and improving Asset Manager relationships, meeting and exceeding Asset Manger expectations, and managing all aspects of team’s REO business.

Paul Eskildsen – REO Marketing Manager  
Paul is a licensed Realtor.  He is responsible for executing the marketing plan for each REO asset to ensure a prompt sale at the best price possible.  With 20 years in IT systems and development, Paul’s internet expertise has led to our dominance in marketing on the web.

Elizabeth Sherrer – REO Listing Manager

Elizabeth has over 15 years experience as an Escrow officer, office manager, and property manager.  Her role on the team is to monitor the day-to-day status of each REO asset – especially the pre-sales phase of the listing.  Her areas cover occupancy checks, re-keying, and property preservation.

Janice Alimohamedi – REO Transaction Coordinator  
Janice is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has more than 19 years of experience in California Real Estate sales.  Her role on the team is to manage the sales process once an asset is under contract.  This includes all paperwork necessary to meet the contract agreements and managing the contingency removal timeframes.  Janice makes sure all necessary items are completed on-time to ensure a smooth close for both the seller and the buyer.

Tricia Baumgardner – REO Accounting Manager
Tricia’s extensive accounting background and current role consulting to REO listing agents makes her a vital part of our team.  She makes sure all utility bills and invoices are paid and tracked through the Asset Management systems.   She is responsible for meeting the Asset Manager’s submission requirements and time frames.
