Laguna Hills

Laguna Hills is a city of about 35,000 people located in the coastal hills of South Orange County, bordered by the cities of Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Lake Forest.  The town is conveniently located primarily between the I-5 Freeway and the 73 Toll Road.  

In 2000 there were about 11,000 homes in Laguna Niguel, with about 6,000 single-family detached homes.  More than 20,000 additional homes have been built since then, indicating that the majority of homes in Laguna Hills are less than 10 years old.
