Choose from a variety of lot sizes, stories (1-3), attached versus detached, and exterior elevations. Examples of architectural styles in Lader Ranch include Craftsman, Georgian, Tuscan, Tudor, Mediterranean, Loft, Antebellum, and Spanish to name a few.
Residents of Ladera Ranch enjoy a variety of community amenities including clubhouses, swimming pools, parks, play grounds, athletic fields, a water park, a skate park, a dog park, and miles of landscaped hiking/biking/walking trails.
These facilities and programs are supported by the Ladera Ranch Community Services or LARCS. The funding for this non-profit organization come from the Ladera Ranch Community Enhancement Fee that is collected when new homes are sold, and then again each time they are re-sold. The fee is .25% of the purchase price, or one-quarter of one percent of the purchase price.
