Oak Knoll Homes: What to Expect

The homes in Oak Knoll were built by Toll Brothers between 2000 and 2001.  Some of the outstanding features of the homes in Oak Knoll include a downstairs bedroom with a private bath, powder room, 4 car garages, two-story high ceilings, and extremely high end upgrades such as coffered ceilings, wainscoting, and wine cellars.

There is also a single story homestyle available in Oak Knoll – you can see the floor plan below. Most of the homes in the Oak Knoll neighborhood of Coto de Caza have spectacular views of the Thomas F Riley Regional Park or Caspers Wilderness Park.  None of the homes in Oak Knoll in Coto de Caza are on the golf course.

The street names for the Oak Knoll homes in Coto de Caza are Loam, Weather Ledge, Flagstone, Endicott, Bordeaux, Rocky Mountain, Sandy Knoll, Shale, Endicott, Tiaga, and Tucson. The best way to get to Oak Knoll is to enter through the Oso right gate and turn right on Sandy Knoll.

Oak Knoll is a gated community with restricted access. The gate is an electronic one, not a manned gate like the three main Coto gates. There is a Home Owners’ Association fee for home owners in Oak Knoll, predominately to cover the cost of maintaining the entry and exit gates.

The Oak Knoll  homes are  zoned for the Capistrano Unified School District and the schools are Wagon Wheel Elementary School, Las Flores Middle School, and Tesoro High School.  Check the Capo USD web site for information regarding registration and bus service.
