Seriously. I entered this Mission Viejo pool home for sale by an equity owner into the MLS at 2 PM on Monday, the first buyers to see it came at 6 PM and that's the end of the story.
I posted this blog entry with video about how it was almost ready for market.
After a survey of my 800 Facebook friends said "let the buyer pick the carpet - don't replace it - just offer an allowance!"
